Baytown Township, Minnesota, is in eastern Washington County. It is bounded on the west by Lake Elmo. To the north is Oak Park Heights. On the east are Bayport and the Wisconsin state line. Baytown Township is directly opposite North Hudson, Wisconsin, across Lake St. Croix. The Lake Elmo airport and the county fairgrounds are in the township.
