Alberta's Promise - A movement to inspire communities, businesses, service clubs, foundations and agencies to work together to direct more resources to benefit children and youth. Child Care Subsidy - Help for eligible low and middle-income parents to pay child care costs for children aged 0 to 7, enrolled in a licensed day care centre, an approved family day home or in a licensed out of school care centre for children attending an Early Childhood Development Program.
