Also promotes sustainable agricultural development based on the environmentally sound management of natural resources. Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) - Encourages direct foreign investment in developing countries with investment guarantees against political risks. International Development Association (IDA) - Supports anti-poverty programs in the poorest developing countries with long-term, no interest loans. International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) - Arbitration and conciliation services for governments and private, foreign investors in dispute.
