Eagle Mountain, once a prosperous mining town, is now a ghost town with rows of mostly empty houses and abandoned schools and stores. Unlike most ghost towns, Eagle Mountain still has a firehouse that is staffed with two firefighters for both structural and wildland fires. Eagle Mountain is now the home of a privately run prison, and may become the site of a large landfill.
