This unique "near historic" neighborhood offers a park-like setting for spacious California-style ranch houses, and is famous for its annual "Festival of Lights", reported to be the oldest neighborhood-wide Christmas display in the country. It extends from Tucson Blvd. to Country Club, and from Ft. Lowell Road to Prince.
