French Bulldogs are a medium sized, smooth coated breed suited to apartment or suburban living. While small in stature, they maintain all of a much larger breed's bravery, with a dash of typical Bull breed stubbornness. Affectionate, intelligent and always amusing, they have been bred exclusively as pets and companions, and do well with both gentle children and the elderly.
