Home Builders refers to companies that build new houses, plexes or apartments, by acting as the General Contractor (or local equivalent). This category is specifically not intended to include websites for any tradesman who is not a general contractor (or local equivalent) or does not specialize in homes. It is not intended to include websites for companies that are primarily remodels, restorers, designers, consultants, developers, realtors, or any trade other than the building of new homes. This category contains several subcategories. All builders that fit into any particular subcategory should be placed in the appropriate one. It is not intended that websites be duplicated between or within these subcategories. Only builders whose activities are too broad or general for a subcategory are intended to be accepted into the main Home Builders category.
