The Tennis Masters Series are 9 ATP tour events that form the most prestigious tier of tournament. With only the grand slam tournaments offering more prize money or tour points the Tennis Masters Series(TMS) events are extremely competitive.

The TMS events are currently Indian Wells, Key Biscayne, Monte Carlo, Hamburg, Rome, Montreal/Toronto, Cincinnati, Madrid, and Paris. The TMS is simply the successor of the Merceded Super 9 events with a new more consistent look.
