This category contains sites pertaining to the now-defunct Western Professional Hockey League (WPHL). It includes official team and league websites, links to media covering the WPHL (e.g., ESPN, CNN/SI), the local newspaper teams of the WPHL teams, WPHL webrings, WPHL mailing lists, and a variety of team, player, and league fan sites. The CHL and WPHL agreed to a merger/joint operating agreement (JOA); however, not all teams will join the new league, also to be called the CHL. Sites for teams that will participate in the JOA have been moved to the Central Hockey League category.
