Sites not based in Korea or without any office contact in Korea should be submitted to Shopping/Ethnic_and_Regional/Asia/Korean. Sites relating to a single company with a single physical location should be submitted to the local Business and Economy category. For example, a trading company based in Bucheon should submit its site to the Busan category.
