Provides information relating to consular posts and officially recognised representatives, VIP visits, flags and emblems, precedence list, and honours and awards. Food and Health Bureau - Provides health, food and environmental hygiene services and formulates related policies. Labour and Welfare Bureau - Formulates and publishes policies concerning employment and social welfare. Central Policy Unit - Including information on the unit, speeches by its members and records of related conferences. Security Bureau - Includes information on policy objectives, consultation papers, security and travel advice and press information. Narcotics Division, Security Bureau - Formulates policy on anti-drug matters and co-ordinates anti-drug efforts in law enforcement, preventive education, research, international co-operation and treatment and rehabilitation services. Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau - Oversees the full and faithful implementation of the Basic Law. Includes organisational chart, information on constitutional issues and initiatives of the Bureau. The Beijing Office - Enhances liaison and communication between the Hong Kong government and the Central People's Government and other Mainland authorities, promotes Hong Kong in the Mainland, processes applications for entry to Hong Kong, and provides practical assistance to Hong Kong residents in distress in the Mainland. Chief Secretary for Administration's Office - Includes information on the role of Chief Secretary and its organisation chart. Administration Wing, Chief Secretary for Administration's Office - Ensures effective administrative redress and legal aid services for the public and promotes sustainable development in the community. Government Records Service - Manages recorded information for the government. Responsible for developing a record-keeping program that enables bureaux and departments to manage information resources appropriate to their purpose. Efficiency Unit - Reports directly to the Chief Secretary for Administration. Works with bureaux and departments across the government to identify opportunities for performance enhancement. Financial Secretary - Oversees policies on financial, monetary, economic, trade and employment matters, and presents the government budget annually in the Legislative Council. Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau - Reinforces Hong Kong's status as an international financial centre, and oversees treasury matters such as adjustments to taxation and deployment of public resources. Innovation and Technology Commission - Promotes applied research and development, and facilitates the development of Hong Kong's technology infrastructure. Sustainable Development Unit - Facilitates the integration of sustainable development into new Government initiatives and programmes and in the community generally. Office of the Government Chief Information Officer - Provides leadership for the development of information and communications technology within and outside the government. Education Bureau - Formulates, coordinates and implements education policies in Hong Kong. Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau - Formulates policies in information technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, film services, innovation and technology, external commercial relations, industry and business support, intellectual property protection and inward investment promotion. Home Affairs Bureau - Promotes community participation in public affairs, and supports the development of the arts, culture, sports and recreation, preservation of cultural heritage and beautification of the environment. Commerce and Industry Branch of the Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau - Includes information on policies involving trade, intellectual property and inward investment. Communications and Technology Branch of the Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau - Includes information on policies involving broadcasting, the film industry, telecommunications and technology. Economic Analysis and Business Facilitation Unit, The Financial Secretary’s Office - Provides economic analyses and related advice on government policies, and coordinates the government's business facilitation efforts and inputs from relevant bureaux and departments.
