Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau
- Formulates policies in information technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, film services, innovation and technology, external commercial relations, industry and business support, intellectual property protection and inward investment promotion.
Home Affairs Bureau
- Promotes community participation in public affairs, and supports the development of the arts, culture, sports and recreation, preservation of cultural heritage and beautification of the environment.
Commerce and Industry Branch of the Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau
- Includes information on policies involving trade, intellectual property and inward investment.
Communications and Technology Branch of the Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau
- Includes information on policies involving broadcasting, the film industry, telecommunications and technology.
Economic Analysis and Business Facilitation Unit, The Financial Secretary’s Office
- Provides economic analyses and related advice on government policies, and coordinates the government's business facilitation efforts and inputs from relevant bureaux and departments.
