Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership - Part of Georgetown University’s Public Policy Institute, development of public, nonprofit and philanthropic leadership. Offers a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program. Program description and requirements, center events, and admission and scholarship information. Children's Digital Media Center - Seeks to shed light on how entertainment media impact the development of youth and then disseminate that information to policy makers and businesses to create a quality media environment. A consortium of universities funded by the National Science Foundation. Center for Multicultural Equity and Access - Offers a wide variety of services for minority students. The center provides academic counseling, peer advisement and tutoring as well as many other projects. Assist students in building and maintaining distinct and collective communities within the University. Center For Language Education and Development - Comprised of the English as a Foreign Language Program and special teacher training programs and workshops. Accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) and a member of the American Association of Intensive English Programs (AAIEP) and the University and College Intensive English Programs (UCIEP). LGBTQ Resource Center - Provides education, programs, support services, and hosts events for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning students at Georgetown University. Includes list of programs, alumni information, and student resources. Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship - Integrates teaching, learning, and research at the university and seeks to combine educational traditions with the tools, resources, and opportunities of the 21st century. Center for Social Justice - Organizes programs to facilitate student work of direct service, develops curricular offerings that incorporate community-based work and service to justice, and facilitates community-based research projects in Washington, DC.
