Renaissance and Early Modern Studies - Offers an interdisciplinary undergraduate concentration. Language Studies, Center for - The locus on campus for faculty and staff with interests in language teaching, learning, and research. Pembroke Center for Teaching and Research on Women - Sponsors an undergraduate Gender Studies concentration, and a major graduate, postdoctoral, and faculty research fellow program. Urban Studies Program - Undergraduate concentration program involving a close relationship with the city of Providence. Students are expected to work with local agencies and organizations, and summer internships are available. Physics - Offers undergraduate concentration, graduate PhD programs, and research opportunities. Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Center for - Offers a multidisplinary undergraduate concentration focusing on culture, history, and contemporary problems of Latin America. Development Studies - Consists of an undergraduate concentration and a Masters program focused on the industrialization and growth of modern states. International Relations - An interdisciplinary undergraduate concentration program offered by the Watson Institute for International Studies.
