Services includes educational modules and school scholarships. Located at Illinois State University. Office of the Provost - Provides information regarding university provost, Dr. John Presley, and his programs and initiatives. Vice President for Finance and Planning: Illinois State University - maintains several campus offices, including Administrative Information Systems, Budget Office, Business Services, Comptroller, Facilities Services, Human Resources, and Planning and Institutional Research. Wellness at Illinois State University - A collection of programs and resources designed to enhance the lives of students, faculty and staff. Career Center - Illinois State University - Resource for our students, alumni, and faculty, and for a wide variety of employers in search of well-prepared candidates. Planning, Research, and Policy Analysis - Responsible for policy planning, and information collection, analysis and interpretation for internal and external constituencies. Campus Dining Services - Offers meal plans, dining centers and campus eateries for students, faculty and staff. Also available to cater events. The Treats Program allows parents and friends to send baked goods to students in the residence halls. Weekly menus and upcoming renovation plans are available on the website. Student Counseling Services at Illinois State University - Helps students succeed academically, socially and professionally through individual and group counseling, and workshops. Also assists faculty, staff and academic departments. Maintains a Ph.D. internship training program and Guerrilla Theatre. Environmental Health and Safety: Illinois State University - Informs about procedures related to accident reporting, emergencies, laboratory projects, hazardous materials, sanitation, lead, and asbestos. Office of Diversity and Affirmative Action - Illinois State University - Participates in and monitors the campus affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance program, oversees the University's plan for diversity; encourages efforts at recruitment and retention of underrepresented students, faculty and staff; implements and increases University-wide activities emphasizing diversity; and coordinates training and information programs. Office of the President, Illinois State University - Provides information regarding university president and the goals for the University. Board of Trustees - Governing board for the University. Determines policies to assist the University in carrying out its mission. Student Health Services - Illinois State University - Provides health care, prevention and diagnostic services, labs, X-rays, gynecological exams, immunizations and access to pharmacy for students. Students can schedule an appointment, receive emergency services, and learn about sexual health, wellness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. Office of Parking and Transportation - Provides information about obtaining parking permits, where to park, paying fines, and bus services available to members of campus. University College - Illinois State University - Provides academic support services and facilitates student transitions to and within the campus community. Houses the following units: Academic Advisement, Developmental Math, First Year LinC, Preview, Minority Student Academic Center, Student Support Services, University Center for Learning Assistance and University College Testing Services. University College Testing Services - University College - Illinois State University - Provides undergraduate and graduate entrance exams, university course placement exams, exams for course credit, exams to meet graduation requirements, and professional and correspondence exams for the community. Office of the Registrar - Illinois State University - Handles transcript requests, enrollment verification, academic progress summaries, graduation applications, veteran's services, diploma replacement, grade submissions from faculty, and other academic services. University Housing Services at Illinois State University - In the residence halls, experience a sense of community, freedom (along with responsibility), convenient dining, facilities and services, and a helpful staff. Businesses and organizations use the halls for summer camps and conferences.
