Florida Trail Association (FTA) - A non-profit hiking group building the Florida National Scenic Trail (FNST) across the state. Loxahatchee Chapter of the Florida Trail Association - Serving Palm Beach and Glades counties, the Loxahatchee chapter is best known for their annual "Big O" Hike around Lake Okeechobee. Suncoast Chapter Florida Trail Association - Serves a seven county area in west central and southwest Florida. Includes trail descriptions and maps, activities, chapter bylaws and meeting minutes. Heartland Chapter Florida Trail Association - Serves the heart of Central Florida including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands and Polk counties. Includes detailed trail maps, activities, and notices of hunting dates.
