It is a 3d generation, fully object-oriented software development methodology encapsulating issues of business, quality, modeling, and reuse. It is a Web-enabled, easily customizable system and software development process framework that includes numerous reusable components and associated standards, procedures, templates, checklists, and examples. It is public domain.
