Polly Walker - British actress, born 19 May 1966, Warrington, Cheshire, England. Originally a dancer, Polly attended the Drama Centre in London, and the school of the Ballet Rambert. An injury at the age of 18 forced Polly to change career direction and she turned towards cinema. She first gained screen attention as an Irish terrorist in Phillip Noyce's 'Patriot Games' (1992), and has since appeared in a variety of films and TV dramas.
