Original websites (i.e. not default live365.com or mp3.com station pages, Shoutcast, or Audiorealm output pages) with an MP3 stream specializing in Goth or Darkwave music. For now it will also include Industrial stations as well - but if there's enough demand, Industrial will be split off as its own subcategory.
