ATC (A Touch Of Class) are based in Hamburg, Germany and comprised of Joe Murray (from New Zealand), Sarah Egglestone (Australia), Tracey Packham (England) and Livio Salvi (Northern Italy) who met when they were cast members in the German production of Cats. Their premiere/debut single was "Around the World (La La La La La)" which sold over a million copies throughout Europe.
