30-year Sarah is coming to terms with both her life and her terminal cancer. Hoping to reunite with her ex-boyfriend Sam, she finds that he is now married but still has some feelings for her. Sam promises to help make Sarah's last days enjoyable although his wife Charlotte has trouble accepting this person into their lives.
