A Man of No Importance - UK/Ireland (1994), directed by Suri Krishnamma, from a screenplay by Barry Devlin. In Dublin in the early 1960s, a middle aged bus conductor (Albert Finney) who is staging an amateur performance of Oscar Wilde's Salome, realises he is gay and in love with his driver. With Brenda Fricker as his sister. Also stars Michael Gambon and Tara Fitzgerald.
