Angels and Insects - UK/USA film (1995), directed by Philip Haas, from the novel "Morpho Eugenia" by A.S. Byatt. A naturalist (Mark Rylance)from a working class background, goes to work for an aristocrat (Jeremy Kemp), is attracted by his patron's eldest daughter (Patsy Kensit), and marries her, with unexpected results. He also finds himself drawn to a quiet, mysterious servant (Kristin Scott Thomas).
