Atom Ant appeared originally on his own show, The Atom Ant Show (1965), and then costarred on The Atom Ant / Secret Squirrel Show (1967). Atom Ant was a superhero ant with super strength, who got his powers from a pair of atomized glasses. The voice of Atom Ant was provided by the late Don Messick, perhaps best known as the voice of Scooby-Doo. The Atom Ant Show also included the shorts The Hillbilly Bears and Precious Pupp.
